Is client e-signature legally binding?
Yes. E-signatures collected through TrackLobo are captured with a timestamp, device details, and an audit trail, and are legally binding in the same way as other major e-signature platforms.
Does my client need to create an account to sign or pay?
No. Signing an estimate or paying an invoice always works from a secure link, with no app or account required. If a client works with you often, they can optionally set up a free account — included on every plan — to see their full history and save a payment method for next time.
How do payments and payouts work?
Clients can pay by card or ACH bank transfer directly from their invoice, or with a saved payment method if they've paid you before. Funds go straight to your own connected Stripe account, on Stripe's own payout schedule — with TrackLobo's fee already deducted in the same transaction, so there's no separate step to reconcile.
Can my whole team use one account?
Yes. Paid plans support multiple team members with configurable roles and permissions, so office staff, technicians, and subcontractors each see exactly what they need.
Is there a free plan?
