Once a client signs an estimate, it becomes an invoice — you don’t re-enter the line items or re-send anything separately.
Automatic delivery
The invoice PDF goes out automatically, sent from your own connected Gmail or Outlook address, or from a default TrackLobo address if you haven’t connected one. Your branding and logo are on it either way.
When the scope changes
If extra work comes up after the client already signed — more materials, an added task — create a change order instead of editing the original invoice. A change order gets its own signature from the client before it’s added to the total, so there’s always a clear record of what was approved and when.
Job costing
Once materials and labor are logged against the job, TrackLobo shows you real profitability — what you billed versus what the job actually cost — not just the invoice total.
