From the job, pick which technician on your team is responsible for it. They’ll see it on their own schedule the moment it’s assigned.
Google Calendar sync
If you connect Google Calendar from Business Settings, scheduled jobs appear there automatically — no double entry between TrackLobo and your calendar.
Appointment reminders
TrackLobo sends an automatic reminder to the client the day before a scheduled visit, which cuts down on no-shows without you having to follow up by hand.
Starting outside the scheduled window
If a technician starts a job significantly before or after its scheduled time, TrackLobo shows a confirmation so it’s a deliberate choice rather than an accidental early or late start — useful for keeping your schedule data accurate when reviewing it later.
