Tracking technician payouts

For teams running the Payroll flow, TrackLobo keeps a running record of what each technician has earned and what’s actually been paid out.

What shows up

Every logged job tied to a technician’s work codes feeds into their running total — so at any point you can see what they’ve earned over a period, not just what’s on their latest pay stub.

Marking a payout as paid

When you actually pay a technician — however you move the money — mark the payout as paid in TrackLobo so the record matches reality. This doesn’t move any money itself; it’s the record of what happened.

Why it matters at tax time

Because pay stubs and payout records build up over the year, you have a clean history to hand to whoever does your books, instead of reconstructing it from memory.
